Why partner with Sona Nanotech

Sona Nanotech has developed a proprietary, CTAB-free gold nanorod platform validated through a completed first-in-human clinical study, peer-reviewed preclinical research across three cancer types, and independent histological analysis of patient tissue at Dalhousie University. The platform has demonstrated the ability to convert immunologically cold tumors to hot, restoring or enhancing response to checkpoint immunotherapy in patients who had previously failed those same drugs. Combination therapy clinical studies (IGNITE-THT and PRIME-THT) are now underway in melanoma, with broader solid tumor applications under evaluation. Sona is open to collaboration discussions across clinical development, CRO partnerships, combination therapy research, and strategic licensing.
