Sona Nanotech’s pipeline includes two announced combination therapy clinical studies in melanoma — IGNITE-THT (late-stage, immunotherapy-resistant patients) and PRIME-THT (early-stage, pre-surgical patients) — and a larger-scale Health Canada ITA combination trial targeting initiation in early 2027. The company completed its first-in-human monotherapy study in October 2025 with an 80% overall response rate.
