David joined Sona Nanotech as a consultant in the spring of 2020 to provide strategic advisory with respect to its commercialization and capital markets strategies as the company plotted a path toward developing and taking its COVID-19 test to market.

Mr. Randall has served as a contract CFO for a number of TSXV-listed companies over the past five years and has extensive public company financial experience. In addition to Northwest, Rob also currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Metallum Resources Inc., Stockport Exploration and Canabo Medical Inc.

16 years’ experience in nanotechnology and lateral flow diagnostics. Has introduced 15 new products to market. Mr Rowles is responsible for growing the business, expanding into new territories and ensuring Sona continues to produce innovative new products for the lateral flow diagnostics market.
